Wasted or Satiated ? (Co)(Con)Struct the Restaurant in Se(p)tember

Unless the LORD builds the house, its builders labor in vain on it; unless the LORD watches over the city, the watchman keeps vigil in vain. Psalm 127 DANCE REMIX

Hold on ... Oh, we're rolling! Hi folks! « Salut la compagnie ! »

So… did you like my previous video about « ShaTa », the fundamental Paleolithic word that embodies institutions and is featured in « Standing Stones » ? Yes? I'm really glad you did.

What? You didn't get the connection between institutions and the stake stuck in a stuffed hole in the ground? No wonder, I haven't explained it yet! I've been saving it for the last ShaBaT of the month of TiShRy, when we'll read the FiRST PaRChMent of the TowRah, the first PaRaShah - the one that recounts the creation of the world, beReʔShyt.

But before we get there, speaking of parchment and PaRaShah, I thought I sensed a little unease when I mentioned the Pharisees or « PhaRiSians », as I call them. Just to be clear, a Pharisian is obviously not a Jew! In fact, Pharisian comes from the Hebrew PaRaShah, which means SePaRate. It has nothing to do with Jews whatsoever: Christ's criticism was obviously not targeting all Jews (since he was a Jew himself) but a nasty character trait. Remember his words:

« For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest ChaRaCTeR, not the least TRaiT of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. Therefore anyone who sets aside one of the least of these commands and teaches others accordingly will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. »

The nasty character trait of the Pharisians, whether Jewish or not, is their obsession with the idea that humankind is separate, an idea which specially affects today’s scholars, anthropologists and linguists, and the SCRiBes of Roman Palestine 2,000 years ago. This unpleasant character trait translates into an inability to conceive not only that Humanity oRiGiNally ShaRed the SaMe LaNGuage and CuLTure, but that one can access this original common culture and language.

And yet, in the second PaRaShah, the parchment telling the story of Noah,NoaḤ, and the FLooD, which we'll read next week, it's written in BLaCk and WhiTe: « Everyone on earth had the SaMe LaNGuage and the SaMe SToRies » « vayehy kol haʔarets SaFah ʔaḤaT uwDeBaRym ʔaḤaDim ».

I like Noah… his alone-against-the-world attitude. The Jewish tradition accuses him of selfishness, but I'm sure he did everything he could to warn his contemporaries; they just didn't understand him. Misunderstood prophets are as old as the hills, the latest being muḤaMaD who, as the Qur'an says in the Surah Saba 34, verse 28, was sent as « a deliverer of good news and a warner to all of Humanity, but most people do not know. ».

You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make it drink. And believe me, I know a thing or two about arses that aren't thirsty... How? Well first, I know even a 5-year-old child would understand that putting together all the languages of the world would give access to the original language spoken by our ancestors hundreds of thousands of years ago, as well as their culture. Second, I know that in a few years' time, this will seem obvious to every human being on this planet. But for the time being, Pharisian linguists are far too lazy: they just don't want to get off their aSSes and search for the key. Yes, you know, the Paraklet's key.

What? You think I'm too aggressive? But will you believe that, in order to explain the similarities between words and sounds, these stupid silly people have for the past 150 years based their entire nebulous theory on an abomination they call phonological transformations! They transform, and transform, those bastards. And everyone stands this desecration of language, this ḥyLuwL haSheM in Hebrew, this desecration of the NaMe, which has FRaGmented Humanity’s uNity.

And worst of all, they reject any contradiction to their fragmentation obsession. They even set it in stone in 1866, the year the « famous » Société Linguistique de Paris was founded and they wrote in article 2 of their statutes: « The Society does not allow any communication concerning either the oRiGiN of LaNGuage or the creation of a uNiVeRSal LaNGuage. »

Do you now understand why I can’t stand Pharisian anthropologists and linguists? Do you understand why the world hasn't evolved one bit in the last 2000 years? Pharisians always oppose human genius. It's about time the Paraklet kicked their asses out of Humanity's temple of knowledge.

But let's leave behind stupid Pharisians and their asses. In this video you'll finally understand why the stake, « ShaTa », embodies institutions and why this very word is at the heart of the dual dynamic of Humanity’s fragmentation and unification that so fascinated our ancestors for hundreds of thousands of years, and you'll also understand what this dual dynamic means for your business.

See you in a minute!

The next day the large crowd that had come to the FeaST heard that Jesus was coming to Jerusalem. So they took branches of palm trees and went out to meet him. John 12:12-13

The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone. Psalms 118:22

Hello, my name is Emmanuel Ifergan and, since 2014 – it’s been 8 years now – I've been developing a solution designed to facilitate cooperation between businesses. Since 2018, I have spoken, unsuccessfully, to hundreds of leaders of large French companies, explaining that bureaucracy, inertia, and demoralization are directly linked to the centralization of their management processes. And yet, despite all my efforts, not a single large French company has been able to even test this new approach.

What's stopping them? Mostly, the inability of large corporations to open to the outside world. Because opening a company is much trickier than it seems. It's an « interdisciplinary » subject, involving the finance, legal, purchasing and transformation departments, not to mention the operational business units; a task so immense that the CEOs themselves feel utterly helpless.

It is because I was facing such a roadblock that in 2020, as the country was in full lockdown, I chose to address the wider public to explain the huge significance of cooperation and fluidity of inter-company exchanges.

At first, this vulgarization focused on IT, law and management - fields I knew very well as I had practiced them for over 20 years. Gradually, however, my field of investigation broadened to include linguistics and anthropology, without ever losing sight of my primary purpose: to unleash the potential of organizations through cooperation.

Until, one day in autumn 2021, I discovered, in a moment of revelation, that the roots of the wording of contractualization and cooperation sprang from the depths of the history of our species - a discovery you won't hear the last of 😉

Now, let's get to work!
