air is everywhere ?

[Sources][Video]

In fact, as is the case among our chimpanzee cousins, the « Ra » sound is at the very core of human language and communication, since it is related to the semantic fields of emergence, medium, perception, separation and, of course, sharing. Yes, air is eVeRyWheRe. So omnipresent that air amounts to … hot air, nothing, Rien in French from the Latin Rem and Res, meaning a thing, a thingy.

So everywhere that the « Pharisian » linguists have even invented a name to descrribe the phenomenon whereby some consonants turn into an R as languages evolve, a process they lazily call « RhoTacism ». Well, this whole video might just be an artifact of this phenomenon, a « Rhotacism MiRaGe »... Yes... Who knows?

What's clear is that almost all French verbs end with the « R » sound; whether they belong to the first, second or third group. For the « Ra » sound inherently expresses the relationship between meaning and separation, which enables language to be articulated in a succession of sounds creating meaning.

And now it's time to wrap up this talk on the origins of language with the call of the ShowFaR, the HoRN the Jews blow in autumn, and which goes « TaRaTaTa » - or rather Ta-Sha-Ra-Ta and Ta-Ra-Ta, where the « Ta » sound is a single long note, with one stroke like this, the « Sha » sound three normal notes, with three strokes like this, and the « Ra » sound nine brief and jerky notes, with nine strokes like this. Tuuuuuu!

Now you know what these notes symbolize and commemorate: the emergence of language in Homo Sapiens, several hundred thousand years ago.

Here we are : you've just seen and heard with your own eyes and ears the secret of language. A secret that a few rare individuals accessed several thousand years ago, and the exposure to which one generally emerges totally transformed. Don't be alarmed if, over the next few days, you perceive tongues of fire or columns of breath : it's a perfectly natural phenomenon. However, in the meantime, you're probably thinking, as usual: « Right, but what does this mean practically for my business? »

We're running out of air!

Let's face it. I'm well acquainted with large corporations, having regularly endured interviews and zoom calls with purchasing and administrative managers, which always lead to … « blowing hot air ». But there’s at least one thing I have learnt: it is how much large organizations lack breath and spirit.

I hear you, saying: « Hey, don’t pour water on a drowning man ». But what can I say? We can't continue to ignore how the inhumanity of large corporations impacts them on all levels, from the top, - with managers under pressure, overwhelmed by the unexpected and no longer knowing where to turn, to the bottom - with teams experiencing motivational collapse.

And even though this might sound somewhat abstract, maybe challenging for rationalizing lawyers and accountants, if, like me, you think that in order to take action and change businesses, it's time to move on from the world of accounting and management to the world of anthropology and linguistics, then you can help me bring about change by sharing this video right now.

Indeed, the time has come to find new ways of interacting and working together, based on autonomy, adaptation and deCeNTRalization. And we won't get there without formalizing contracts differently, « inspired » by the latest discoveries in anthropology and linguistics. This approach places the contract back at the heart of businesses, whilst prioritizing the fluidity of interactions between your company and its partners. Does it scare you? It's only natural: we're always afraid of the unknown, until we gradually realize that it wasn't as bad as we thought. It is precisely because this momentous change won’t happen without support that I created weOva : to help your employees and partners get to grips with the first management system designed by a « super-linguist ».

Well, I'm sure this video echoed situations and issues you encounter daily in your organization. Beyond the delight of sharing what I consider to be a major anthropological discovery, my main purpose is first and foremost, and to the best of my ability, to help transform your company to make it faster, more adaptative and more open.

Just get in touch with me on LinkedIn through the link below, and we'll set up a 30-minute meeting to identify the key levers that will enable you to move forward quickly and effectively in this direction.

But don't wait: remember, the eaRly bird catches the woRm!
