Out of Africa ? Out of Egypt ?

[Sources][Video]

Here we are. The first part of our exploration of « ShaTa » is over, and it's time to take a step back. First, as you can see, unlike « TaRa » - which often occurs as « RaTa » - metathesis or inversion happen very rarely with « ShaTa ». « ShaTa » is very frequent, and « TaSha » very rare, whatever the language.

This is a first clue to the « strength » and « stability » of « ShaTa », and therefore to its antique nature. And if « ShaTa » is so stable, it's because « ShaTa » was THE « standard » of communication in the Paleolithic era, and, as we are aware nowadays, changing standards is very difficult.

Then « ShaTa » appears with the same meaning in the four major languages (Egyptian, Hebrew, Greek and Latin) - just like the sound « Ra » - but in quite a different way from « TaRa », which is discreet in Egyptian, as I demonstrated in my two previous videos. This difference between « ShaTa » and « TaRa » is important because it covers a major question that paleoanthropologists are still asking today: which route did Homo Sapiens take to get out of Africa around 70,000 years ago?

It's still an open debate, with (to keep it simple) two main theories. The first is based on major excavations in Israel and posits that the main route out of Africa was via Israel and the Levant. The second, based on much smaller traces in southern Arabia and in the Horn of Africa, around Djibouti, and above all on the contradictions found in the Israel excavations, posits that migration took place via the strait separating Djibouti from Yemen, Bab El Mandib.

What Paleolithic linguistics shows is that, while the 4 languages share a common foundation, specially « ShaTa » and « Ra », there is nonetheless a major split with « TaRa ». And in my opinion, this split is a first important clue pointing to a parallel evolution in the peopling of the Nile Valley, Arabia, and the Levant during the Upper Paleolithic. In other words, the Hebrews didn't come out of Egypt, or at least not at the time of the Pharaohs - but we'll come back to that in my next videos.

With this new food for thoughts, I'd like to conclude this first stage of our « ShaTa » « Tour », as usually, by sounding the ShowFaR. Remember. Zikhron. Ziqra. Chronos. TaShaT, TaShRaT, TaShaT.

Okay, now that you know a little more about the foundational, institutional significance of standing stones and stakes planted and stuffed into the ground during the Paleolithic era, you're probably asking, once more: « This is all right, but what does this practically mean for my business? »

I can't believe I must once more explain everything to you. Remember, I started this video with the importance of landmarks; when everything we took for granted, health, stability, weather, currency, peace, seems to be slipping away.

I've told you about the importance of standards in the last 50 years of technological evolution, and their pivotal role in the workings of modern economies. I've also said a few words about the importance of setting the scene properly when entering a negotiation.

What? You still don't get my point? Granted, the path is a little long and convoluted, and I've taken a few detours to enjoy the scenery. Come on, it's obvious: the key to our country's competitiveness and future prosperity lies in the standardization of inter-company exchanges, not only at the accounting level, but also, and even more importantly, at the legal and institutional, « sto », level. For this standardization is what will allow these exchanges to flow more easily and will unleash the full potential of cooperation, as I explained to you over 2 years ago now, in my video entitled « ∑VA/∑CA a 1,300 billion Euro Paradox ».

The standardization of exchanges is coming, whether you like it or not. Starting with electronic invoicing in 2024, which is just the beginning. In a few months' time, your colleagues, employees, and contractors alike, will be able to interact at any time with hundreds of partners, in the name and on behalf of your company. And this will fundamentally change the shape of your business, ushering it into the era of the open enterprise.

Does it scare you? It's only natural: we're always afraid of the unknown, until we gradually realize that it wasn't as bad as we thought. It is precisely because you need help for this momentous transition that I created weOva : to help on a day-to-day basis each one of your employees and each one of your partners get to grips with the first ERP designed to « standardize inter-company interactions ».

I'm sure this video echoed situations and issues you encounter daily in your organization. Beyond the delight of sharing what I consider to be a major anthropological discovery, my main purpose is first and foremost, and to the best of my ability, to help transform your company to make it faster, more adaptative and more open.
